Junior IT Support Engineer (Windows Office 365 Active Directory Networking TCP/IP). Would you like to progress your career, collaborate with a friendly and upbeat team and improve your skills whilst enjoying a good work / life balance?

You could be joining a market leading technology company as part of a small team responsible for supporting colleagues in the UK, Poland, Japan, Taiwan and California. As a Junior IT Support Engineer there's plenty of project work to get involved with such as upgrades, introducing new systems and infrastructure as well as BAU work.

You will assist with the day to day maintenance and support of all IT systems, network and communications infrastructure and provide desktop support on Windows 7+, Microsoft Office 365, printers, phones, mobiles (Android and iOS) and Mac OSX; server side support for Windows Server and Exchange, Active Directory, DHCP, Wi-Fi and VPNs. You'll provide support to UK employees with technical queries, incidents and troubleshooting tickets via email, telephone, instant message and in person.

As a Junior IT Support Engineer you'll be continually learning and will receive training on things such as ISO 9001 processes.

Requirements:

Commercial experience of supporting Microsoft Office / Windows Servers

Good knowledge of networking including infrastructure installation, Wi-Fi, Firewalls, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, cabling and patching

Strong analysis and problem solving skills

Excellent communication skills, customer focussed and able to build strong working relationships
