Mechanical Design Engineer role on offer with a rapidly expanding company that develop highly bespoke electro-mechanical products and will give you the chance to work on cutting edge new developments. Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience of Solidworks? Do you have experience being involved in concept to completion of assemblies and parts? The company specialise in the design, development, manufacture and sale of pioneering technical equipment across the global market. They have expanded rapidly over the last few years and have plans to continue this growth by expanding their R&D sector by bringing in a Design Engineer to work on products from research through to initial prototype. In this varied role you will be responsible for full life cycle design of small scale, intricate electro-mechanical products. Liaising with other design engineers and departments you'll create concept designs, produce detailed drawings and apply engineering techniques to ensure products meet standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will be a Mechanical Design Engineer with strong knowledge of both 2D & 3D design packages and be looking to join a cutting-edge company that will provide industry training and development.
