Digital Delivery Manager London £350 per day - 4 month contract We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Manager to join one of our major clients based in London.

As a charitable organisation the client help vulnerable young people get their lives on track. It supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed and those struggling at school and at risk of exclusion. The primary responsibility of Delivery Manager is to ensure that Digital and Service Design Programmes and Projects are managed and controlled so that delivery is achieved successfully: on-time, on-budget and to requirements. This role has a vital part to play in establishing and scaling the organisations new Digital Roadmap sitting within the (Service) Design Team. The team is responsible for creating transformational services for young people and vital digital tools and systems with employees and volunteers. Desirable Experience: Extensive Digital Delivery / Programme / Portfolio and Project Management experience including risk management and change controlUnderstanding of IT infrastructure and its application within a non-profit environmentUnderstanding of the importance of data security and safeguardingAbility to move project team members towards 'real-time' optimisation based on dataExperience working with design and systems thinking frameworks and human-centred design.Excellent coaching and mentoring skills able to mentor and coach teams in agile processes and tools.Recognised project or programme management qualification (Prince2, Scrum)
