Interim Building and Facilities Officer Are you an experienced Facilities manager/officer? Do you have experience in managing sub-contractors and co-ordinating on site activities such as office moves and responding to requests across an operational facility?

This is a post within a rapidly expanding and world renowned Research and Development department at a leading University. Due to continued growth my client is looking for a candidate to manage a 35,000m2 estate, containing around 9 different buildings and managing a team of around 10 people. You will need to organised and be reactive to the ever changing requirements of the estates team, customer focussed and have experience in co-ordinating sub-contractors for office moves, minor redecorating, M&E works, estates reporting and ensuring health and safety is adhered to. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is immediately available and looking for a contract within facilities management to work in a fast paced environment with state of the art operational facilities.

The Role:

* Managing a 35,000 estate

* Co-ordinate office moves, sub-contractors, minor redecorations etc.

* Ensuring health & safety across the whole site is adhered to

The Candidate:

* Experience managing sub-contractors, co coordinating office moves and manging facilities

* NEBOSH, IOSH or similar

* Immediately available
