WHAT TO EXPECT Day to day you will analyse, design and document business processes and systems to define solution requirements, which will ultimately inform the development of digital solutions at the forefront of digital technology. You will work closely with the Product Owner/Manager and Delivery Team in order to translate these requirements into feasible solutions for delivery. Additionally, you will produce high quality documentation using industry standard tools and techniques as well as challenging the status quo, and to support the development of a modern business analysis process in Manchester, including recommendations for new ideas and techniques. WHAT YOU'LL NEED We are looking for someone who has experience working in an agile software environment who has spent time creating definitive Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria that conform to the team's "Definition of Ready". Experience conducting process analysis using the BPMN 2.0 modelling standard would be very beneficial. You should have a good command of modelling and design to visually articulate tasks and activities and be skilled in Agile BA techniques including, Story Mapping, BDD/TDD and Cucumber. You will relish working in a varied, technical, transformational environment and be able to keep an eye on the 'big picture' whilst interrogating low-level detail. You will be understanding of modern front end and back end digital technologies and platforms, in both user-driven and system-driven projects with global reach and you will collaborate with members of the traditional Business Analysis team.
