Engagement Analyst (Communications) - Blackfriars - 6 Months My Client is currently seeking an Engagement Analyst to assist the Drop Change Lead to ensure that the relevant audiences are aware and understand the transformation that is taking part within the business.As part of the role, you will be ensuring that relevant communications to the transformation programme is released according to the agreed timescales, costs and quality.The role is based in London, Blackfriars and will be for an initial 6 months. This is a fantastic opportunity as it is a 2 year programme so there may be scope for a longer term work. Roles and Responsibilities:You will support the Drop Change Lead to create, own and shape the release communications and engagement plans.You will produce, plan and coordinate pivotal communications and engagement interventions for the relevant transformation release.You will create content into easily digestible collateral for internal and external engagementYou will execute a coordinated release communications planYou will provide communication for Transformation Leads, and prepare and or co-ordinate collateral as required.You will ensure that all engagement activity and collateral accurately manages stakeholder expectations The Ideal Candidate will:Have exceptional writing and editing skills, with proven experience of different styles to reflect the audience and messagesHold experience of implementing communications via different channels and technologiesHave strong presentation skillsBe attentive to detailHave the ability to work independently or as part of a teamBe able to work to tight timelines and under pressureBe flexible and adaptable as you need to be able to handle changing prioritiesHave excellent inter-personal skillsHave the ability to handle large volumes of information and distilling into simple, easy to understand messagesHave the ability to successfully manage and prioritise significant workload, whilst maintaining accuracy and efficiency Essential Skills:Microsoft WordPowerPointExcel Desirable Skills:Adobe PhotoshopIllustrator and other illustration platforms
