Financial Services Client is currently seeking a SQL Server Developer for a contract position based in London.

SQL Server Developer - MDX

Program complex SQL server procedures and functions

Develop SQL Server Integration Services packages

Develop front end reports in SQL Server Reporting Services

Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide third level support and troubleshooting for SQL Server applications

Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements

Analyse data contained in the databases and identify data integrity issues.

Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operational user guide etc

Skills required:

Microsoft SQL Server development including SSIS, SSAS and SSRS

MDX, T-SQL, Stored Procedures and Functions

Experience of BIML advantageous

.NET development language experience (C#) advantageous

Previous experience of working in large banking or corporate environment
