Are you a contractor and Business Analyst, with experience of Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications and ideally ZoHo, looking for some interesting project work? They are looking for a Business Analyst on a short to mid-term basis (3-6 months) to help push forwards various development projects that they want to progress to improve internal efficiency and external customer experience.

The role

- Work between the internal CRM team (including the MD and CTO) and their outsourced consultancy firm that are ZoHo experts.

- Helping them realise and design appropriate reports.

- Working with the internal teams to develop and refine processes to be as efficient as possible.

- Looking to automate as much as possible with our internal systems, keeping customers as the primary focus of everything we do.

- Setting out and implementing appropriate training or working with the internal teams to ensure training happens following changes to processes.

What they need from you

- Experience working across functions to document business rules and processes from a range of key stakeholders and turn them into effective policies and procedures.

- Experience with complex requirements capture and analysis.

- Ability to translate technical information into business language

- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 including SharePoint

What they would also like to see

- Previous experience of ZoHo CRM and other ZoHo products

- Experience with scripting languages such as Zoho Deluge

- Proficiency with SQL.
