Quantity Surveyor Developer | South East London | up to £55,000 per annum A rapidly expanding residential construction company that operate as a contractor and developer are seeking Quantity Surveyors to join and work across private and social housing new-build projects in South East London.If you are successful in your application, as Quantity Surveyor you will become an integral member of a dynamic company that's been trading for over two decades. The Managing Director of the company is heavily involved in the day-to-day running of the company, and with a flat hierarchy in a rapidly-expanding company, there's going to be plenty of opportunities to progress, develop and take on further responsibilities very quickly.You will be the ideal Quantity Surveyor for my client if you are degree qualified, and ideally have experience in quantity surveying on residential projects.
