Technical Lead/Director (SoC Architecture) opportunity - Cambridge

I have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Technical Lead (SoC Architecture) for my Multinational client within the ICT/Semiconductor sector and based in Cambridge.

This is a Director level role with a base salary of £100k plus excellent benefits and you will act as the Technical Lead to build a Research Team focused on key technologies for ARM based SoC's.

Applicants should have 10+ years of SoC/CPU Design experience and in depth experience of ARM based SoC.
