Security Cleared - DefenceWe're looking for a 3rd Line App Support to join our client, a leading defence IT service + solutions provider, to support multiple products and systems for various high-profile customers. You'll join the existing Shared Service Desk to provide support manage the resolution, keeping the Service Incident record updated in accordance with agreed SLAs.Candidates must be eligible for DV clearance and will preferably hold current SCYou will:Receive incidents/faults from SPOC & 2nd/3rd Line support or 3rd Parties to manage the resolution, keeping the Service Incident record updated in accordance with agreed WI.Proactively review the Incident, Problem and other Service Management data to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.Fulfilment of Complex Service Requests based on the defined Service Catalogue including add, change or remove access to Production or Pre-Production.Daily/Weekly/Monthly checks based on defined Work InstructionsManage backup and recovery of dataSupport and participate as required in all ITSCM, BCP and DR activitiesCreation and Update of Work Instructions for Triage and Knowledge SharingTechnical Skills (an understanding of some or all):Understanding MS PowerShellMcAfee ePolicy Orchestrator and VirusScan EnterpriseLogRhythmTenable NessusPKISymantec AVThe reward for the right candidate is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding organisation offering excellent long-term career prospects, as well as a competitive salary and full company benefits.
