Senior Planner

Salary: Up to £80,000 (DOE)

Summary

Due to the award of a number of new contracts, an experienced Senior Planner is required to work on a prestigious new project in Birmingham. Reporting into the Planning Manager, you will be involved in all planning related activities from preconstruction stage through the live works phase of the project.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the industries most respected contractors that offer an above market rate remuneration package. They have an interesting portfolio of projects, ranging from high rise city centre schemes to major hotel/leisure developments.

Key RequirementsA Senior Planner with a minimum of 10 years industry experience.Exposure to a varied range of commercial construction projects.A stable employment record with well-known main contractors.Educated to a high standard in a relevant subject.Proficient in Asta PowerProject software.
