The role holder will deliver a range of relatively complex, agreed data & MI solutions, engage largely autonomously with other cross functional representatives and display competence and knowledge of the organisation's systems and data. 
  
Key Accountabilities: Lead the development of simple to medium complexity developments, ensuring that solution design is appropriate for the application and ensuring FDM development lifecycle and governance are followed at all times. Will also act in a supporting role on more complex or large scale developments. Identify issues, risks, assumptions and dependencies during project phases; help formulate mitigating actions and support implementation of measures to reduce, remove or manage them. Undertake supporting role to change colleagues, and to peers to deliver tasks, encourage development, transfer knowledge and provide training. Seek to build and maintain relationships with a full range of internal stakeholders to enhance and maximise the provision of solutions. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:  Experience in delivering data and reporting solutions using the following SAS components (other versions accepted): An understanding of the SAS Metadata environment Base SAS language 9.2 inc Macro Language SAS Data Integration Studio 4.2 SAS Enterprise Guide 4.
