AX Support Analyst AX Support Analyst - London - Our client is looking for a AX Support Analyst to join their small but focused team, you will be responsible for all aspects of AX Support and and future upgrades. You will have a blend of the following skills and attributes:

'€¢Will be involved in maintaining and supporting Dynamics AX 2009.'€¢User support - analyze user reported issues, keeping the Helpdesk ticket to a minimum number.'€¢Liaise with users to understand reported issues and be able to analyze and point out where issues lie.'€¢Expected to make recommendations on required system changes/enhancements as per user requests.'€¢Produce technical specifications based on functional design specifications for customized solutions in Dynamics AX.'€¢Liaise with Infrastructure Team for any Infrastructure related issues or requirements surrounding Windows environment.'€¢Liaise with external suppliers to escalate issues.'€¢Enhance minor customized solutions using X++ for Dynamics AX 2009.'€¢Liaise with other Development Teams to workout Integration Issues.'€¢Create User Manual/Documentation'€¢Ability to work independently as well as in a team

'€¢ good communicator, able to transfer information into a technical requirement'€¢Good attention to detail'€¢Team player

'€¢At least 2 years' experience in SL, PL, and GL modules on AX2009'€¢Technical Understanding of AX 2009 Architecture'€¢Requirements Gathering'€¢Have a good technical/architectural overview of Client Server Application'€¢Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 workflow, security and AIF development techniques are desired '€¢A background or knowledge of IBM iSeries'€¢Good English Verbal and written communication skills
