With offices in a brand new site with a new team all aiming for high standards, versatile problem solving solutions and helping to build a reputation for the company across a wide range of teams, this company is leading the way in their field.We have multiple hires for this role and we are looking to shortlist and interview now, if you're interested, apply today.Job Specification:The role will have the opportunity to access and provide input into the processes and procedures that the company uses in order to provide their services.Working within the multi-locational cross-matrix team in order to adhere to the Serviceline's policies and standards. The role will work closely alongside other teams from the service desk, operations and engineering teams in order to ensure incidents are dealt with effectively.Provide ticket management throughout the incident, change and escalate the incident where necessary.Actively work as a technical resource for maintenance and change requests and recurring patch cycles within the Global Serviceline scope.Effective cost management and improvements towards the Standard Operating Procedure library would be welcomed in order to provide continued service improvements.Please note shift work, weekend work and on-call may be required.Technical Requirements:Knowledge of Wintel Technologies including; IIS, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, File Systems, DNS/DHCP/DFS, Anti-Virus, AD and ADFS/MFA.Security tool knowledge; Segregated environments (DMZ), Patch Management and Certificate Management.Virtualisation & Automation; Citrix, VMWare/VDI, Automation tools, PowerShell scripting, hyper converged technologies.ServiceNow experienceITIL FrameworkAgile EnvironmentCloud computingBenefits:Contributory pension schemePrivate medical health careShuttle bus service to and from local train station for non-drivers, on-site parking as well2 on-site restaurants and one gymModern office space complete with newest technologyIndividual personalised training and development plan
