Our client is looking for an IT Support Administrator to provide 1st and 2nd line support. You will need to meet strict SLA's and provide great customer service, assisting members of the team and dealing with infrastructure projects. Key skills & experience: 

'€¢Extensive 1st & 2nd line support '€¢Basic Networking '€¢MS Windows (7, 10, 2012, 2016) '€¢MS Office Suite'€¢O365 Administration (Essential)'€¢Active Directory and Group Policies (Essential)'€¢Basic Server administration'€¢Avaya IP Office Administration (Desirable)'€¢Video Conferencing - Polycom'€¢VMware ESXI 6.0 (Desirable)'€¢Sophos Anti-Virus

Any experience of 3rd Line infrastructure support and SCCM would be highly desibale.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years + Tech Support experience, be a self-starter with a ‘can-do attitude' and is able to deal with multiple issues at any given time.
