The day job Currently looking for a Lead Technical Tester to work on a major secure UK defence client site, and be responsible for ensuring there is sufficient test scope and depth across multiple complex diverse projects. You will own a testing specialist area within the domain and produce test plans, carry out requirements, and contribute to high level test strategies for some of the most bespoke projects currently in flight within the defence sector.
Essential skills
ISEB or ISTQB accreditation, Intermediate (Advanced) or higher
Multiple project development/test Methodologies (waterfall, V-model, W-model, Iterative, and any one Agile delivery (ideally SCRUM, but DSDM, RAD, and Open Unified Process acceptable)
Significant industry experience and knowledge of testing infrastructure projects from small bespoke network installations, to large complex multi domain corporate networks
Security Clearance It is essential that you are eligible to obtain and hold DV Security Clearance to work in this position
