Digital Account Manager Birmingham

A leading award winning digital agency has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Account Manager based in Birmingham on a salary of £25k-27k based on previous experiences. You will be reporting to the Digital Managing Director on a daily basis.

The client is seeking an individual whom has already worked in a digital agency or has a similar background. The role encompasses client management, project instigation/ management, digital marketing strategy implementation.

The key skills required for this role:

Experience in managing client relationships

Leading client meetings

Attention to detail and the ability to adequately interpret designs and build best practices

Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and practices

Experience in devising digital strategies with solutions meeting client needs.

Experience in design and build, UX, digital strategy and mobile

Experience using / promoting content and systems/ key digital marketing technology

Have knowledge in identifying trends

Experience in growing revenues with in a digital agency

The desired skills for this role:

Maintain responsibility for solutions delivered to assigned clients leading in retention

Demonstrating previous results

Passion for digital and proven success rate

Ability to present to present to senior clientele across the board

Knowledge of online marketing

Understanding of utilisation of analytics and web reporting

Understanding web building project processes

Excellent communication skills verbal and written
