Telecom Sales Manager (EMEA)
Spring Technology are currently working in partnership with an award winning global business who specialise in the manufacture and sale of innovative telecoms technology.
Our clients are a global leader in specialist hardware solutions working with all major Telco operators across EMEA.

As the Telecoms Sales Manager you will work closely with the VP for sales identifying and developing further business opportunities in EMEA. This role will include approx.. 50% travel across the EMEA region.
*Support existing and establish new professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts in EMEA region.
*Develop the already extensive market with specific focus on save, retention, loyalty or new subscriber acquisition programs.
*Assist with the education and growth of the list of channel partners who assist our sales into target operators.
*Establish relationships with C-Level, Director and key executives at target clients to understand their buying programs and metrics.
*Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an on-going basis.
*Develop presentations about Company products, user cases and financial metrics and establish meetings with the various stakeholders in the market in order to gain access to key executives and as many decision makers as possible.
*Attend significant regional or national trade events as jointly agreed with corporate office management.
*Prepares weekly activity, forecasting and other reports as required using Salesforce and other tools provided.
*Hold weekly sales calls with the Vice President.
*Must possess some knowledge of Mobile consumer electronics (e.g. handsets, broadband dongles, accessories), 3G data networking equipment (3G routers, MiFi, etc.).
*Must has experience of hardware sales.
*Must have experience of strategic sales in a business-to-business in-direct sales environment.
*Must be able to travel within the EMEA region, as needed.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, preferably in multiple languages
*Ability to use sound judgment when representing the Company.
*Ability to operate as part of a team and collaborate with others while taking initiative.
