MagicLab is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Test and Configuration Specialist to join our Payments team. This role will require you to suggest and support the implementation of A/B test configurations. As a key part of the team you'll be a significant contributor to the continued growth and success of MagicLab and our brands. Responsibilities/Job roleExplore a host of MagicLab tools, collaborating with Senior Leads and Data analysts to offer suggestions/insights to assist with the planning, prioritising and configuring of pricing and promotion eligibility experiments Monitor, examine, configure and constantly improve in house tools to ensure consistent performance as well as identify areas for improvement and new experiments setup Work with the Engineering team to ensure test environments are correctly configured to expedite feature development A/B test setup, monitoring and analysis of results Support the rest of the team as required. Required experience, knowledge and skills Recently qualified with a degree in an analytical field and or similar experience in a fast paced environment, preferably Mobile/eCommerce based Analytical thinking, ability to simplify big/complex projects in small manageable tasks Advanced Excel skills Strong attention to detail Ability to interact with software engineers and senior managers translating business needs in requirements Good presentation skills and the ability to convey thoughts and insights across the business Experience with developer app stores (Apple/Google) is desirable but not required An understanding of SQL and databases is desirable but not required Experience in using Data tools such as Tableau, Locker, Power-BI, Microstrategy is desirable but not required About you Passionate about mobile apps and trends Can-do attitude and keen to learn Ambitious and looking for a strong career progression in tech industry
