Shift work pattern with on-call being required.Working alongside service desk, information security and user services teams in order to address and maintain technical estate.Required to act alongside maintenance, firmware upgrades and recurring patch cycles as well as utilise Standard Operating Procedures.Technical requirements:CCNA qualification required as minimum, or actively working towards/holding CCNPWorking knowledge of branch and data centre switching and routing, wireless technology setups, internet routing and security.Knowledge of CheckPoint and Palo Alto, either desirable.IP address management; DNS, DCHP and NTPITIL framework experienceExperience of ServiceNow
