As an established and fully approved IT/tech recruitment partner to this global financial services institution we have been asked to help identify a Senior Project Manager/ Programme Manager with experience of change projects gained within large scale, regulated environments with strong governance models.

Skills needed:

Large scale IT Project management/ Programme Management
Experience of significant change programmes
Large scale project experience
Prince 2 Practitioner certification
MSP certification
Experience working for known major national/global financial services organisations
(Banks / Banking / Wealth Management / Asset Management / Insurance / Pensions)
Demonstrable project governance experience
Good knowledge of the regulatory landscape within the financial services sector.
Software development SDLC projects

Your role will be to ensure the delivery of large-scale projects and ensure they meet specific business plan objectives. Leading a team of professionals and third parties and working with the business to deliver the to the agreed scope, time and cost. Typically, you would be working with budgets of £500k to £5million per annum and project sizes of 75 people.
