As a Cloud Engineer reporting into the Cloud/DevOps Manager you will be responsible for the support and building of the Infrastructure Cloud environment. You will need a strong systems operational background in order to react to monitoring, resolving alerts/incidents and change co-ordination As part of this role, you'll be responsible for: Performing 24x7 supportPerforming infrastructure cloud builds
Working with supplier's technical teams governing the service they provide You will need:
Technical support of the operational service and technical project delivery supporting Business and IT Projects
Level 2 and Level 3 platform support including reacting to monitoring alerts, fixing incidents, change implementation and co-ordination and managing support queues
Degree level education in a computing related subject
3+ years IT Infrastructure Azure Cloud and Azure network experience in a DevOps environment
