You will play a critical role in the Service Management team by ensuring the entire Service Portfolio consisting of business journeys/ outcomes, business services, technical services and configuration items are appropriately mapped and linked within a coherent Service Map to ensure accurate service reporting. This will include continually reviewing and improving the data integrity of the Service Maps and its various attributes. You will work with respective Service Owners to ensure their services are appropriately mapped and linked to their respective business outcomes and configuration items
