Head of Design - UX/UIA new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Design to join one of London's hottest FinTech start-ups based in their modern Mayfair offices, at a time of impressive company growth!

We are looking for an experienced Head of Design to oversee the company's creative output using your UX/UI expertise, concept and visual design skills, brand development knowledge and creative leadership to help take the company's website and applications to the next level.The successful Head of Design will take on great responsibility and ownership of lots of exciting products and apps, whilst providing input on the development of products by collaborating with product development teams and senior business stakeholders.Key experience and skills needed for the Head of Design:Proven ability to lead UX/UI design as well grow a brand's identity.Strong commercial experience as a Senior Creative in mobile application and web design.Extensive knowledge of key UX/UI principles (Information architecture, usability, graphic design, prototyping, testing).Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.Demonstrable knowledge both Apple and Android design guidelines.Ability to use various Wireframing programmes including Sketch.A combination of both agency and inhouse experience is highly beneficial.As the Head of Design, you will work closely with developers, product teams and senior business stakeholders to understand the company vision and bring this to life through engaging webpages, applications and a strong brand identity.
