CRM Planning Executive - London - 6 Months FTC

My client in London is seeking a CRM Planning Executive for an initial 6 month Fixed Term Contract

The role will be working to support the direction of the organisation through the delivery of personalised customer-centric CRM. Your responsibilities will be primarily be planning key initiatives, reporting and optimisations to their lifecycle programme, including the development of new programmes. This role will be key to implementing change and focusing on ensuring we approach everything with the customer at the heart of our thinking.

Essential skills:

*Inquisitive digital native with a passion for designing and delivering customer-centric change management programs

*Experience in CRM, data management, content management, personalisation, direct marketing, analytics, email and multi-channel operations with a view to implementing world class customer journey's

*Worked with an email service provider to deploy campaigns

*Strong experience in CRM or a similar field

*Have an inquisitive mind on what content and creative drives a customer-centric CRM program and improves CRM metrics

*Proven results (business and customer-centric ) from campaigns/journey's and or clients

*Flawless planning and organisational skills

*Flexible with excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task

*Numerate, analytical and results focused with excellent attention to detail

*Commercially, but customer first, focused throughout

Desirable skills

*Previous user of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Products.

*Knowledge of wider personal finance/consumer issues and products

*Knowledge of best practice and current trends in marketing with a specific focus on CRM/digital

*Recent experience of working in a Financial Services / dotcom / e-commerce company
