The C#, ASP.NET Software Development Manager will be joining a company with a unique approach and structure which takes the headache out of digital projects - large and small, delivering effective solutions and results.
C#, ASP.NET Software Development Manager Key skills required
: · Hands on commercial experience leading a team within an agile SDLC (burndown charts, agile estimation, holding stand-up meetings, retrospectives and demos, release management etc)
· Ability to work collaboratively and manage staff in globally distributed locations
· Coaching and mentoring of technology staff, both technically and personally
· Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design skills and competencies in data structures, algorithms and software
· Proven track record across varied application domains including C#, ASP.NET WebForms, Xamarin Forms, AJAX, Entity Framework, jQuery, Telerik, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, Windows Workflow, Crystal Reports
· An experienced systems architect with knowledge of designing, developing and delivering cloud and on-premise enterprise software solutions
· Providing technical input into customer Request For Proposals with deliverables, time lines, budget etc.
· Delivering B2B software solutions to enterprise customers in a formal project management framework
· Manage QA testing process across the development teamsC#, ASP.NET Software Development Manager Summary of Responsibilities: Our client is seeking a talented, C# Asp.Net Software Development Manager to lead a growing team of 15 web, mobile and API developers and QA on a full-time basis, with a salary of circa £80,000 and is based in Putney, South West London.
C#, ASP.NET Software Development Manager Responsibilities will include: ·
Deliver quality software solutions to customers, or market within agreed budget and timeframe
· Manage an agile globally distributed software development team (multiple sites, FTE and vendors) to deliver quality software and to maintain past and future solutions utilising agile software development best practices
· Collaborating with the Product Management team and business units to manage roadmap planning, estimations, resource planning and team allocation
· Ensuring that ways of working, standards and tools are consistently applied across the team and are continuously reviewed and improved
· Review and if necessary, write and optimise code across the full stack
· Chair an architecture group, acting as a senior technical architect on key product architecture decisions, whilst maintaining coding, compliance and security standards
· Provide reporting around delivery and capacity of the team to support key business initiatives
· Ensure customer satisfaction through the management of escalated customer support issues, incidents and software bugs
· Contracting and managing outsourced technology partners, blending them cohesively into the team
· Provide effective line management through day to day team administrative functions (1:1 meetings, absence scheduling, performance appraisals etc)C#, ASP.NET Software Development Manager PACKAGE
