Role: SC Cleared Simulation Lead

Length: 6 Months

Location: Fareham

IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Daily Rate: Negotiable

Exciting opportunity to lead on a discrete event simulation to model a field operation.

Essential Experience:

*Strong analytical experience, including a track record of breaking down complex analytical problems

*Excellent coding skills, preferably in Python, with experience of developing complex code and working

with multiple large datasets.

*Good communication skills in working with senior officials and external stakeholders, with the ability to

explain the results, context and impact in the delivery of analytical work.

*Experience of managing work, with appropriate planning and risk awareness, to deliver high quality

outcomes that give value for money.

*Ability to manage a team and prioritise tasks in line with organisational objectives

Desirable Experience:

*Experience of working with discrete event simulations

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
