Our client is looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to work supporting the business applications running on servers running Windows Operating Systems at Server and Desktop level, plus any other IT related Systems. The role will ensure that the maintenance, administration and regular monitoring checks are completed and to ensure that the Server and Desktop estate provides a robust and highly available platform. You will be supporting and maintaining the IT Desktop and Server hardware estate, including landline and mobile telephone systems.The right candidate will have:*Good technical configuration and troubleshooting skills with all Windows operating systemsGood technical knowledge of desktop, server and network hardware.Good technical configuration and troubleshooting skills with telephony systems, mobile and PABX.Good technical configuration and troubleshooting skills with a variety of common client applications such as, Outlook, Office 365, General client side troubleshootingGood technical configuration and troubleshooting skills with a variety of common server/network applications such as; Active Directory (incl. DNS, DHCP, GPO), Office 365, WSUS, RDS .Virtual serversPrevious experience of a minimum of 1 years at a similar level.Good understanding of how airport operational environments operate.Good organizer, priority driven, and able to multi task to meet service priorities.Methodical with attention to detail, but prepared to meet customer expectationsTroubleshooting skills, ability to follow logical process to determine fault causes and follow to resolution.Good understanding of how airport operational environments operate.Good organizer, priority driven, and able to multi task to meet service priorities.Methodical with attention to detail, but prepared to meet customer expectations.The right candidate must be a client facing individual that is able to work well under pressure.
