Customer Service Advisor X2 Customer Service Advisor X2 The work location is in Leicester and the contract duration is 3 Months. Pay rate is between £9 - £11 per hour. DescriptionThe Specialist's primary responsibility will be to handle the Order to Cash process in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring performance standards are met and maintained, to achieve the business objectives and reach a high customer satisfaction index. Core Responsibilities: (Include but not limited to) Handle entry level customer related issues and concernsRecord all customer interactions into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) DatabaseProcess standard orders & Maintain order accuracyEnsure all orders are entered within timeframe to meet OTTR targetsActively participate in departmental activities and initiativesProvides sales order status data and deliveryProcess changes and enhancements to ordersCreate needed documentation to assist customer return of product for credit or repairMaintains complete customer records of all direct customers returns, orders, credits, and requestsAbility to seize entry-level customer service callsMust continually exceed at all required performance levels consistentlySupport the development of internal documentationMaintains acceptable call evaluation requirement (? 92%)Maintains acceptable VOC requirement (? 95%) Qualifications: High School diploma. Associate degree preferredExcellent communication skills (oral and written)Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to type at least 35 words per minuteStrong knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSuperb customer support skillsHigh level of skill in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
