Document Controller - Rail / Highways£40000-£ 42000 + phone & laptop 18 Month FTCStart ASAPCentral London Are you an experienced Document Controller looking for your next immediately available long term contract role with a well-established company who are working on prestigious projects UK wide ?My client is a leading advertising company who have won several big contracts recently and as such on offer is a fantastic opportunity to work for an exceptional blue chip company. With a great salary and package on offer which includes opportunities for bonuses this is an exciting time to join the company in a long term contract role.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in document control in commercial settings which must include Rail with a good working knowledge of Asite (ideally Adoddle version) and knowledge of NEC contracts. In addition to this they will also have experience gained in a rail setting.The role:Recording documents using project codes in line with project proceduresAssist the project team in the administration and management of the EDMSMonitoring of design packs submitted by contractor and ensure they adhere to employer requirementsActing as a principal user on Asite document management systemRail project initially moving on to a new Highway project in the New YearThe person:Working knowledge of information management standards including BS1192Knowledge of TFL or rail processesExperience in administering the EDMS systemAsite experience alongside exceptional general DC knowledge and administration skillsThis role is available for a January start, so please send your CV for the attention of Sarah HIbberd to be considered for the role.
