Senior Support EngineerDuties include carrying out a varied selection of duties, but not limited to:Provide 3rd line technical support to external customers and corporate systemsPerform systems administration and management tasksPlanning and delivery of technical projectsMinimum 3 years in a 3rd line roleBroad range of technical knowledge and experienceSkills and experience should include Vitalisation, Cloud - VMware, Palo alto, Server technologies, Shared Storage technologies, Networking, Firewalls and Security technologiesGood understanding of cyber security concepts, technologies and best practiceNo formal qualifications are required but MCSE, MCSA and VCP are desirable
