Marketing Data Analyst

Spring Technology are working with a leading organisation within the center of Birmingham to recruit for a Marketing Data Analyst to join their already thriving team.

Salary: £40-45k

The Role

Reporting to the team leader for data and analytics, the successful candidate will be providing critical insight, reporting and modelling to enable the growth of our clients Ecommerce sites and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with a variety of teams to allow them to execute the marketing strategy.

The Responsibilities

*Accountable for reporting on Web and Marketing analytics as well as sales and customer behaviour.

*Analyse effectiveness of our clients marketing campaigns to optimise the market reach, conversion rate and customer engagement.

*Deliver analysis and insights for different teams.

*Identify and investigate new technologies and industry best practices to define system improvement processes.

*Develop, evolve and measure key business metrics and KPI's

*3rd Party data platform ownership and relationship ownership to ensure data accuracy.

*Attribution modelling to enable marketing teams to determine success of marketing levers.

The Requirements

*Experience in a role similar to this is essential.

*Experience with web and marketing analytics

*An analytical and mathematical background is preferred

*Proven experience of data technologies and techniques.

*Experience with Ecommerce and Marketing.

*Understanding of customer needs.

*Outstanding communication skills as the role involves communication across both technical and non technical stakeholders.
