Duration: 6 months initial

Day rate: £200-£2602nd/3rd Line Support Engineer - We are actively seeking a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer to join a Multi-Award-Winning Company in Hertfordshire for an initial 6 months.The 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer will be joining a hardworking desktop support team responding to incidents and aiming to resolve them to meet agreed SLA's. As the 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer you need to have a solid background with Office 365, Windows 10, SCCM, MDT and ideally previous experience with PowerShell. The 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer will need to have a problem-solving mentality and be able to mentor and coach the 2nd Line Desktop Team.
