IC Resources is working with a global client who is a leader in their field who require a Senior Virtualisation Engineer based onsite in Cork, Ireland. You will be part of a global team that provides best in class virtualisation solutions which includes architecture, design and optimisation.

Your role will be using your extensive VMWare knowledge to tackle tier 3 issues, transforming the environment and ensuring best practice. The position is a strategic and instrumental to support, design, implement and performance of the global ecosystem.

Key Skills:

-VMware

-vSphere ESX 5.x or higher

-VMware Horizon

-VROPs, vSAN or SRM

-Physical and virtual server configurations

Key Tasks:

-3rd tier support

-Troubleshooting issues

-Design, architect virtualisation deployments globally

-Upgrades, migrations, configuration

-Maintain internal documentation
