As 3rd Line IT Support Engineer your responsibilities will vary between Support and Project work both on site and in office. You will use your expert knowledge of Windows Server / Hyper-V / VMware / Azure / Office 365 / PowerShell / Cisco Meraki / Veeam / Disaster recovery / Firewalls / Routers / Switches to resolve issues escalated from both our 1st and 2nd Line teams monitoring and implementing changes to our infrastructure.
