Office 365 Administrator A reputable organisation based in the Central Belt are seeking an experienced Office 365 Administrator to join as part of a growing IS team. You will be responsible for the following tasks: Provide specialist support for O365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Azure Active Directory)Provide real time monitoring and specialist support for O365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Azure Active Directory)Provide technical leadership and define best practice for the governance, administration and support of O365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Azure Active Directory)Mentor and effect in-depth skills and knowledge transfer to the in-house technical team and end usersDefine, develop, and implement a repository of approved 'standard' PowerShell scripts for use in performing routine O365 administration and support tasksProvide end user and technical support for O365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Azure Active Directory)Liaise with other operations teams and the wider technical community in order to diagnose and fix service affecting issuesProvide support for e-discovery services and associated processesKeep abreast of O365 developments and ensure the organisation is ready to roll out changes to O365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Azure Active Directory)Resolve help desk tickets This is an initial six month contract with a likelihood for extension. The rate us variable depending on level of experience at a benchmark range of £250 - 300 per day.
