Salesforce Technical Lead
Based at: The Pokesdown Centre, Bournemouth
30 hours per week
Salary £36,959 pro rata for 30 hours per week
As a charity, Help & Care aims to be at the forefront of digital innovation, and this exciting new position will play a significant role in advancing this ambition.
You will be the responsible lead for the development and adoption of the organisation's Customer Relationship Management System - Salesforce Enterprise.
You will be a certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM201 & ADM211) and have significant experience working as Salesforce Solution Architect to improve business processes and increase user adoption.
This role is part technical project manager, part developer and part analyst.
