Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading Clients who are seeking to bring on to their team a Product Owner / Business Analyst

The Role

In this role you will have the responsibility to collaborate with the development team, this will be key as the purpose will be to ensure the products are delivered successfully within the agile framework. You will be prioritizing the business requirements and making sure it is produced to the highest standard and translate them into testable features to be worked on by the development team, this will involve working closely with the scrum master to guarantee the development team provides the product solution.

Key Responsibilities

*Lead Stakeholder Engagement and External Clients

*Translate business needs in to testable software features

*Technical workshops and training sessions alongside the scrum master

*Remove blockers inhibiting product progress

*Analyse and Performance of and the effect of delivered improvements

Requirements

*2 Years working within an agile software delivery team

*Understanding of test driven development and behaviour driven development

*Facilitation of value stream mapping sessions

*Creating BPMN documentation

*Ability to deliver presentations.
