CRM Business Support Officer Nottingham £28,000 - £32,817 plus benefits Are you experienced in business support and looking to work within the Education sector? Do you enjoy combining your CRM knowledge to support business demands?If this sound like you we are looking to recruit a CRM Business Support Officer to support the implementation and management of CRM solutions to deliver optimum user experiences and automated marketing capabilities. Role Responsibilities:

· Working closely with colleagues from across the University act as a trusted advisor for the CRM system providing functional and data expertise advice including data usage and general business expertise in CRM business processes.· Support CRM adoption initiatives, working with colleagues (both users and potential users) from across the University, consider and define CRM implementation and adoption alternatives.· Lead regular system usage reviews to evaluate adoption in order to improve and optimise system use.· Support the development and implementation of scalable CRM processes and training including· The development and delivery of training sessions· Development of user support materials· Contextualisation of training to business usage to improve understanding and best practice.· Manage and oversee user and data access within CRM including access, roles and permissions and record ownership and associated processes.· Oversee ongoing management of marketing lists and email templates, including subscription processes and lists, providing support to wider marketing colleagues to optimise direct communications and associated workflow. Essential Criteria:· Demonstrable understanding of current CRM and marketing theory and practice in a service led environment.· Knowledge and demonstrated success using modern marketing techniques relating to product management and communications.· Proficiency in email marketing and marketing automation with demonstrable knowledge of best practice.· Knowledge of CRM techniques.There may occasionally be some out of office hours working required to deliver this role effectively.
