Spring Technology is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading clients who are based in Sutton Coldfield. Our client is seeking to bring on a Customer Service Analyst to join their current team.

The Role

In this role you will be working in the support team from both the office and remotely, the client is looking for somebody with an excellent telephone manor as you will be the first point of contact for the

end users of our clients bespoke system.

The Duties

* Provide 1st line contact technical support to customers and 3rd party contractors

* Logging notes within the internal ticketing system

* Good attention to detail when looking in to any issues

Requirements

* Software support background / experience working in a busy call centre environment

* The ability to troubleshoot and having the initiative to try and problem solve

* Being able to adapt if you have a difficult customer and be professional at all times

* A clear communicator and be able to give excellent advice if need to explain any technical issues

Desirable

* Health and Social care experience

* Experience of ITIL

* Experience of SQL or Crystal reports
