My client who is based in Bristol is looking for a Principal Security Architect to help them for an initial 3 month rolling contract, will the potential to extend.
Your Accountabilities:
-Be the authoritative lead security Architect for analysing
customer requirements and building the right solution
using BT & third parties that meets them.
-Govern, lead and influence cost of solution with
Commercial acumen that aligns the solution creating to
win themes and win price for customer.
-Take responsibility for identifying and closing gaps in the
solution mitigating risk and leading through governance
processes.
-Create innovative solutions built through defined customer
requirements to solve our customer's most complex
security challenges.
-Influencing customers and educating them if their
requirements may not yield expected results.
-Provide end-to-end security architecture ownership
leading, through accountability and governance
throughout the Solutions Design engagement life-cycle.
-Lead successful bids through the delivery lifecycle - matrix
managing the right skills needed to deliver.
-Develop and managing customer relationships which
delivers a unique outstanding customer experience.

-Strategic Leadership and Management
ANDATORY
-Creating, leading, winning innovative and substantial
multi-£Million complex Security solutions in both PreSales and Delivery Lifecycles.
-Managing stakeholders with effective communication.
-Identifying and mitigating threats that may impede
realising goals/plans.
-Identify and bring in the right skills from BT & third
parties to build and deliver solutions.
-Cost leadership to reduce costs, remove business risks
and improve customer experience.
-Directing customers in aligning their Security strategy
to business strategy.
-Driving business value through leading agile deliveries.
-Driving Customer confidence and positive feedback &
satisfaction.
-Comprehensive knowledge of emerging technologies
and their potential security impact/risk on industries
and other technology.
-Extensive depth of knowledge across multiple domains,
industries and products/services
-Extensive knowledge of Information Assurance and
Security architecture disciplines.
-Applying architecture frameworks (TOGAF) and Agile
methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe Agilist).
Leadership accountabilities
Present, influence and negotiate challenging points of view
across all levels of an organisation (CxO).
Build and maintain effective relationships across all levels
of an organisation from staff to stakeholders CxO)
internally and externally.
Organise and participate in customer stakeholder and
speak at industry led events.
Manage and lead internal/external professional services
and suppliers providing assurance and guidance.
Deliver coaching and mentoring in leading Individuals and
teams to achieve success.
Managing complex risk, change and conflict throughout
the Solutions Design engagement life-cycle.
Manage own and others priorities across multiple complex
engagements.
Trusted Advisor in customer facing selling and negotiating
at a Senior customer level (CxO)
Information Assurance and Security solution ownership
throughout the Solutions Design engagement life-cycle.
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
