Service Desk Analyst
My client, a leading manufacturing organisation is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st - 3rd support throughout the group. As the Service Desk Analyst, you will manage incidents and requests using the company's helpdesk ticket logging system. You will be required to own the problem / requires through to completion.
In addition, you will be required to monitor and manage system backups and remote servers.
The successful Service Desk Analyst will possess the following technical skills:-
*Windows Server 2008 through to 2012.
*Active Directory
*Exchange
*Office 365
Your application will hold a distinct advantage if you possess any of the following technical skills:-
*VMware
*ERP Systems
