Full or Part Time

If you're the kind of Java Developer who combines a product-focused approach with your proven technical ability, you'll go far here. You'll use your creatively inquisitive mind to get involved in a discovery-driven, tribe-based environment where we use insightful data and regular customer feedback to build market-leading digital products.

Working in a multi-functional team, you'll bring an excellent understanding of Java; experience with web applications and RESTful services; knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and ReactJS; a love of the latest trends in application design; and experience of software development methodologies such as XP, Scrum, Kanban and TDD.

We offer a salary between £30,000 - £50,000 and a great flexible benefits package including up to 25 days' holiday, pension and healthcare. We believe in providing more than just salary and benefits. Our developers attend conferences, we host external meet-ups in our event space and offer masterclasses focusing on communication, team working and leadership.
