£25,000 to £35,000 + Training & Development (support to gain qualifications) + Company Car & Expenses + Pension + HolidayExcellent opportunity for a 3rd Line Support Technician with customer facing experience working at client sites to join a stable, growing company as a part of a great team environment, in an interesting and highly varied role.Through steady growth and increase in contracts this company are now looking for an IT Support Engineer to work a field based role for them in a localised Dorset and Hampshire patch. They have a great reputation for developing their staff and supporting them with training and certifications on things like new technologies, Azure and Microsoft qualifications.In this role you will cover clients in a localised area, working from home, as you install, configure, upgrade, repair and relocate Server and PC hardware, software and print devices on client sites. It will be important to assist with solution design and recommendations while providing 2nd / 3rd line escalation support to service desk and internal IT.The ideal candidate will be a customer facing technician or engineer with experience working on installations across multiple sites. Any experience of business to business or working for a Managed Service Provider is highly beneficial.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business with growing contracts where they will develop you and invest in you with training and support gaining qualifications while you work in a highly varied and interesting day to day role.The Role:

*Field based, covering a localised patch visiting clients across Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire

*Install, configure, upgrade, repair, and relocate Server and PC hardware, software and print devices on client sites

*Assist with solution design and recommendations

*Provide 2nd / 3rd line escalation support to service desk and internal IT

*Building and maintaining relationships with customers through the support you deliver

*Make recommendations for continuous service improvements through adoption of new technologies and business understanding

*Maintain concise and clear documentation via ticketing system and knowledge baseThe Person:

*Experience providing excellent customer service while working under pressure to Service Level Agreements

*Experience providing field support and installation services across multiple sites

*Any previous B2B experience / Managed Service Provider background beneficial

*A full UK driving license

*Experience providing Server and Desktop Infrastructure support for a variety of Microsoft technologies; Installation Project Management

*Skilled in planning, implementing and migrating infrastructure and recommending improvements

*Ability to work with Cloud based services / Office 365

*Microsoft Server Support 2008 R2 and above

*Microsoft Windows 7 Professional and above

*Experience of remote backup and firewall procedures

*Network Infrastructure covering ASDL, Broadband, LANs & VLANs, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, Ethernet, Wireless Router
