Digital Customer Experience Architect
Job Description
The Digital team work closely with Avanade's enterprise clients to design and deploy customer centric solutions that focus on improving customer experience across pre-sales (Digital Marketing), sale and service (CRM) at every touchpoint.
Our engagements employ leading digital experience, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, organisational assessments and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations.
The Offering Lead will be responsible for growing our Digital Marketing, Sales and Service business, and work with C-level leadership at Avanade's enterprise clients to advise on strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation.
As the Offering Lead, you will need to establish and work with multi-disciplinary teams of digital strategists, experience designers and experience technologists. You will have experience of delivering CX initiatives utilising design led and agile methodologies, with strong understanding of marketing technologies, digital experience and customer engagement platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM, Adobe Marketing Cloud , Sitecore).
Day-to-day, you will: 

drive our Digital business in the region
work with account teams across the region to drive sales in targeted accounts
Build and lead a team of highly skilled strategists and architects for solution planning & design efforts 
Drive regional partner relationships with multiple digital and commerce vendors
Interlock with Accenture Interactive and their content and marketing team
Interlock with the global centre of excellence on offering / asset development
Review and approve deals to ensure they are deliverable on time and budget
Partner with regional capability lead on workforce strategy, balancing supply vs demand
Draft and execute our go to market strategy for digital marketing across the region

What you need to succeed:



Relevant experience in either

o   A top-tier management consulting organisation
o   A top-tier digital agency

Proven track record of designing and delivering customer centric solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM. Additional experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud, or Sitecore preference.
In-depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM platform, and relevant processes, delivery methodologies
Expertise across the following industries: Financial Services, Retail / eCommerce, CPG, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications, Travel & Hospitality, Healthcare, High Tech
Experience in creating digital strategies along with a high-level understanding of the technologies and tactics needed for execution
Strong executive presence and communication skills, with ability to engage, advise and inspire senior executives
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analysing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesising insights & recommendations
Ability to build, lead and coordinate cross-functional / technical teams
High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly
High level of energy, personal drive, and positivity
