Digital Customer Experience Architect
The Digital team work closely with Avanade's enterprise clients to design and deploy customer centric solutions that focus on improving customer experience across pre-sales (Digital Marketing), sale and service (CRM) at every touchpoint.
Our engagements employ leading digital experience, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, organisational assessments and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations.
The Offering Lead will be responsible for growing our Digital Marketing, Sales and Service business, and work with C-level leadership at Avanade's enterprise clients to advise on strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation.
As the Offering Lead, you will need to establish and work with multi-disciplinary teams of digital strategists, experience designers and experience technologists. You will have experience of delivering CX initiatives utilising design led and agile methodologies, with strong understanding of marketing technologies, digital experience and customer engagement platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM, Adobe Marketing Cloud , Sitecore).
