We need to talk!Exciting role in Bath for eCommerce / Online Retail Sales Manager The RoleWith responsibility for maintaining and overseeing the daily management of the E-commerce sales platform to deliver profitable growth for the business, you will develop site traffic, conversion rates as well as overseeing product supply chain. You will manage all elements of Online Retail Sales with responsibilities including:Evaluate strategies to improve website sales conversions and customer engagementDevelop sources of traffic: video content, email, SEO, PPC, affiliates, and social mediaWork with internal developers to ensure sites remain responsive and functional across all devicesManage SEO presence to maximise visibility, merchandising and salesSource and purchase products exploring new opportunities for growth across the 4 brandsManage the product range, stock levels and success stories including NPD processOversee online stores, fulfilment operation and customer services functionsPlan and execute targeted email campaigns to improve customer acquisition / retention ratesThe CompanyThe company is a market leading digital sports media business focused on the world of cycling and other sports activities. You will have a solid understanding of E-commerce technology, experience with content management systems, e.g. Magento 2, Yieldify, Google Docs, Google Analytics etc.As a team player, with a hands on approach and strong negotiating, business analysis and communication skills, you will understand performance tracking tools and have a keen eye for detail.
