1ST/2ND LINE HELPDESK ENGINEER (CONTRACT) - O365/AD/WINDOWS SERVER/DHCP/DNS/NETWORKSContract opportunity for immediately available candidates in Yorkshire.Easily accessible location.Initial 1 month contracts (extensions likely).1st/2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer - O365/Active Directory/Windows Server/Networking.£16 - £20 per hour WHO WE ARE….Providing innovative cloud solutions to clients across the globe and the UK, we are a disruptive managed service provider! With over a decade of experience under our wing, we are seeking an exceptional and experienced Helpdesk Engineer to join our team and enable us through an exciting period of growth. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING….We require an engineer to hit the ground running and support the clients projects as soon as possible. The right candidate will bring a good support background with them, as well as having a good working knowledge of office 365, active directory, windows server and a knowledge of network trouble shooting. WHAT YOU NEED….. Expertise in Windows Server.Office 365 administration.Active DirectoryNetwork trouble shooting.Previous experience of working in a support environment. WHAT IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE….ITIL Certifications.Previous experience in a MSP environment.Good problem solving/troubleshooting skills.Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
