My client is currently looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join their software development team. If you are looking for variety then this is the perfect role for you, no day is the same as the next when it comes to developing and supporting new and existing business applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Developing new software and maintaining existing software in accordance with the Firms business requirementsAssisting with investigation and resolution of problems via the software development help desk systemContributing to software design and solution architecture designConfigure / upgrade / manage internal development and test environmentsReview release testing for software releases

Requirements

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesDemonstrate knowledge of .NET development using Visual Basic and / or C#Excellent organisational and time management skills in order to co-ordinate the variety of tasks needed to fulfil the job requirementsMinimum of 1 year's experience of driving and managing software development projects in a similar or larger organisationA good understanding of the Software Development Life cycle processesComputer literate with a solid understanding of computer systems and a knowledge of modern development tools and environmentsKNOWLEDGE:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate skills in the following areas:

MVCC#SQL - including stored procedures, triggers and joining tablesAgile methodology - desirableKnowledge of Angular, JQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap or Kendo UI - desirableAPTITUDES:
