Joining our Digital Content Team this role will develop and support our online forms that allow customers to contact us, request information, complete transactions/payments or report issues as easily and efficiently as possible. You'll understand the customer needs for forms and share knowledge and skills with the wider team and across Norfolk County Council.

Our priority is the customer journey and you will embed forms ensuring they are reached at the correct stage of the journey and tracked in our analytics. Using WCMS (Sitecore), CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), online payments (Global Iris) and other third-party systems you will design, plan, implement, test and evaluate the process and journey.

You will have experience of using web systems/ forms creation software along with a proven track record of technical web form design and development, including using web applications to make business processes more efficient. This is a great opportunity to design and create forms based on the needs of customers.

We work with colleagues across the whole organisation, so we are looking for a motivated individual who can work with both IT colleagues on delivering solutions, and departmental stakeholders to influence digital transformation and channel shift, and ensure solutions meet both business and technical requirements.

If this sounds like you, please do apply. We can offer training and development opportunities with this role to enhance certain skills, so even if you feel you don't have strong experience across all areas equally, you could still be the right person for this role.

So, if you are interested in joining our dynamic team, and enjoy having a busy, varied workload, we would love to hear from you!
